Chokri Ben Chikha

The series ‘Het Vaderhuis | De Moederschoot’ (House of the father | Womb of the mother) includes five discussions between academics and artists and is moderated by Dr. Henriëtte Louwerse (University of Sheffield). The encounters have a fixed outline: first short lectures, followed by a panel discussion and finally a debate with the audience. Guests are playwright and researcher Chokri Ben Chikha (Broeders van liefde, 2007) (Brothers of Love) and Bleri Lleshi, political scientist and documentary maker (Bxl stad zonder eigenaar, 2009) (the city of Brussels without an owner).
